·Each vehicle can only redeem free parking once per day, with maximum up to 4 hours free parking at YOHO MALL or YOHO MIX or YOHO PLUS and up to 6 hours of free parking at YOHO PLUS during Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays (the above free parking hours include the designated promotional parking privileges).

·The Free Parking Privilege is only applicable from 10am – 10pm (counted car drive-in time) and can only be redeemed by The Point members.

·The Point member parked at YOHO PLUS and redeemed Free Parking Privileges at YOHO MALL with same day electronic payment receipt, the remaining balance can enjoy special hourly parking rate: Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays): $20/hour (original price: $26); Saturday, Sundays and Public Holidays: $26/hour (original price: $32)

Free Parking Privilege Terms and Conditions for The Point Members:

• "The Point" members redeem free parking privileges* can maximum accumulate 2 same-day electronic payment receipts from different stores.
• Free Parking Privilege is only applicable to “The Point” registered members. Parking Privilege includes: YOHO MALL free parking scheme, SHKP Club Star Member parking, SmarTone Plus designated member (if any), Go Royal member (if any) or other Free Parking Promotions.
• The promotion period, terms and conditions of every designated parking privilege is different. For details, please contact our Customer Care center or refer to poster on website. Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
• Free Parking privileges is only available to “The Point” members with valid original machine-printed receipts corresponding with electronic payment issued on the same day by shops in YOHO MALL and as a proof of their spending in the mall. Eligible electronic payments are limited to credit cards, EPS, debit cards, Apple Pay, BoC Pay, Google Pay, PayMe, Samsung Pay, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass, UnionPay QR Code, WeChat Pay, Alipay or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of the “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance” (Cap. 584) (including but not limited to SHKP Malls Gift Card, Octopus, Octopus Wallet, Tap & Go and TNG Wallet). Invalid receipts are NOT accepted.
• All redemptions accept receipt of purchasing designated festive food coupons (only limited to mooncake (including ice cream mooncake), Chinese New Year pudding, rice dumpling and Chinese preserved sausage vouchers). Receipts for using these designated festive food coupons and the following are not eligible for redemption and bonus point registration: Apple Store; travel agencies and cross-border buses; property agencies; elderly homes; medical and dental/clinic services(except purchase of products); carwash, car care services or the purchase of parking cards; kiosks, exhibition venues and temporary exhibition booths / Pop Up Stores (this merchant list is subject to change from time to time without prior notice. • Redemption by Bonus Points is only applicable to The Point members who have registered for the Contactless Parking Service and parked in YOHO MALL, YOHO MIX and YOHO PLUS. Members can only enjoy the offer via The Point App. However, the remaining hours must be paid the standard parking rate of the designated carpark where the car is parked.
• Only private cars are eligible for the parking privilege.
• Each vehicle can only redeem free parking once per day, with maximum up to 4 hours free parking at YOHO MALL or YOHO MIX or YOHO PLUS and up to 6 hours of free parking at YOHO PLUS during Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays (the above free parking hours include the designated promotional parking privileges).
• Extra 1 hour Free Parking Privilege for designated F&B outlets on Monday to Friday (weekday) must be redeem at Customer Care Centre in person or YOHO PLUS Free Parking Redemption counter.
• The parking privilege applied to the first consecutive chargeable hour(s) (counting from the vehicle’s drive-in time – 10:00 to 22:00). Regular hourly rate shall apply for every additional hour parked beyond the redeemed free parking hours at the designated carpark. A partial hour is considered a full hour unless stated otherwise.
• The redemption procedures must be completed between 10:00 and 23:59 on the same day.
• The parking privilege cannot be converted into cash or cash-equivalent coupons.
• Drivers must use the same Octopus or registered contactless car plate for entry and exit and redeem parking privilege. Failure to do so will render the redeemed parking privilege void.
• YOHO MALL staff have the right to collect the original receipt(s) from shoppers for internal verification and record by taking photograph, photo-copying and record any details of the receipt(s).
• The above privileges and terms & conditions are subject to change and the announcement in mall shall be final.
