Parking Offer Terms and Conditions

Eligible electronic payments are limited to credit cards, EPS, debit cards, Apple Pay, BoC Pay, Google Pay, PayMe, Samsung Pay, UnionPay Mobile QuickPass, UnionPay QR Code, WeChat Pay, Alipay or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of the “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance” (Cap. 584) (including but not limited to SHKP Malls Gift Card, Octopus, Octopus Wallet, Tap & Go and TNG Wallet). Invalid receipts are NOT accepted.
• Free Parking redemption accept receipt of purchasing designated festive food coupons (only limited to mooncake (including ice cream mooncake), Chinese New Year pudding, rice dumpling and Chinese preserved sausage vouchers) and receipt issued by Instant Point Earn service in Beauty Center/Hair Salon. Receipts for using these designated festive food coupons and the following are not eligible for redemption and bonus point registration: Apple Store; travel agencies and cross-border buses; property agencies; employment centers; elderly homes; services provided by any business nature (including but not limited to: services of fitness and beauty centers (except purchase of products); hair cut/hair treatment (except purchase of hair treatment products); medical and dental/clinic services (except purchase of products); carwash, car care services, purchase of parking cards; kiosks, exhibition venues and temporary exhibition booths / Pop Up Stores (this merchant list is subject to change from time to time without prior notice. • Redemption by Bonus Points is only applicable to The Point members who have registered for the Contactless Parking Service and parked in YOHO MALL, YOHO MIX and YOHO PLUS. Members can only enjoy the offer via The Point App. However, the remaining hours must be paid the standard parking rate of the designated carpark where the car is parked.
• Only private cars are eligible for the parking privilege.
• Each vehicle can only redeem free parking once per day. The Point member can enjoy weekdays maximum up to 4 hours free parking at YOHO MALL or YOHO MIX or YOHO PLUS and up to 6 hours of free parking at YOHO PLUS during Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays (the above free parking hours include the designated promotional parking privileges).

This offer is not applicable to self-uploading receipts to redeem parking hours.
• The parking privilege applied to the first consecutive chargeable hour(s) (counting from the vehicle’s drive-in time – 10:00 to 22:00). Regular hourly rate shall apply for every additional hour parked beyond the redeemed free parking hours at the designated carpark. A partial hour is considered a full hour unless stated otherwise.
• The redemption procedures must be completed between 10:00 and 23:59 on the same day.
• The parking privilege cannot be converted into cash or cash-equivalent coupons.
• Drivers must use the same Octopus or registered contactless car plate for entry and exit and redeem parking privilege. Failure to do so will render the redeemed parking privilege void.
• YOHO MALL staff have the right to collect the original receipt(s) from shoppers for internal verification and record by taking photograph, photo-copying and record any details of the receipt(s).
• The above privileges and terms & conditions are subject to change and the announcement in mall shall be final.
