• "The Point" members redeem free parking privileges* can maximum accumulate 2 same-day electronic payment receipts from different stores.
• Free Parking Privilege is only applicable to “The Point” registered members. Parking Privilege includes: YOHO MALL free parking scheme, SHKP Club Star Member parking, SmarTone Plus designated member (if any), Go Royal member (if any) or other Free Parking Promotions. • Redemption by Bonus Points is only applicable to The Point members who have registered for the Contactless Parking Service and parked in YOHO MALL, YOHO MIX and YOHO PLUS. Members can only enjoy the offer via The Point App. However, the remaining hours must be paid the standard parking rate of the designated carpark where the car is parked.
• Only private cars are eligible for the parking privilege.
• Each vehicle can only redeem free parking once per day, with maximum up to 4 hours free parking at YOHO MALL or YOHO MIX or YOHO PLUS and up to 6 hours of free parking at YOHO PLUS during Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays (the above free parking hours include the designated promotional parking privileges).
• The extra 1 hour parking privilege at designated F&B merchants (confectionery shops and food outlet inside supermarket are excluded) between Monday to Friday may enjoy extra 1 hour FREE Parking Privilege. This parking privilege must be redeemed at Customer Care Centre or YOHO PLUS Free Parking Redemption Counter in person.
• The parking privilege applied to the first consecutive chargeable hour(s) (counting from the vehicle’s drive-in time – 8am to 01am). Regular hourly rate shall apply for every additional hour parked beyond the redeemed free parking hours at the designated carpark. A partial hour is considered a full hour unless stated otherwise.
• The parking privilege cannot be converted into cash or cash-equivalent coupons.
• Drivers must use the same Octopus or registered contactless car plate for entry and exit and redeem parking privilege. Failure to do so will render the redeemed parking privilege void.
• YOHO MALL staff have the right to collect the original receipt(s) from shoppers for internal verification and record by taking photograph, photo-copying and record any details of the receipt(s).
• The above privileges and terms & conditions are subject to change and the announcement in mall shall be final.
