Terms & Conditions for Redemption Program of YOHO MALL / YOHO MIX / YOHO PLUS (Hereinafter referred to as "The Mall")

1. All photographs are for reference only.
2. Please refer to the details of redemption activities for the redemption period.
3. All The Point member should visit The Mall in person for redemption with corresponding receipts which must show the payment made by the member, and cannot be transferred to others. Receipts which do not belong to the member cannot be registered for bonus points or gift redemption.
4. Members are entitled to redeem one gift for each redemption program per day only. Limited daily quotas available on a first-come-first-served basis.
5. Mobile number submitted for registration must be authentic and valid. Virtual mobile number is not accepted to be used for registration. Each mobile number can only be registered by one member. Duplicate registration of the same mobile number or holding more than one membership accounts by the same individual will not be accepted. SHKP Malls shall have the right to, without any prior notice, immediately (i) suspend or terminate such membership; (ii)forfeit all the bonus points; and (iii) disqualify the member's rights of further reward redemption.
6. Each valid receipt can be used to redeem once only. Each receipt must worth HK$100 or above. No receipt is allowed to be re-used in conjunction with other redemption in the Promotion, except free parking redemption.
7. Only the on-day receipt which is machine-printed (excluding cash payment) by tenant of The Mall with shop name, shop number, spending amount and spending date is valid for redemption. Re-printed receipts, photocopied receipts, hand written receipts and receipts of cash coupons and gift vouchers are not acceptable.
8. Only on-day counterfoils of eligible electronic payment in designated amount(credit cards, EPS, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, UnionPay Mobile Quick Pass, Union Pay QR Code, WeChat Pay, AliPay or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of the "Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance" (Cap.584) (including but not limited to Octopus, Octopus Wallet, Tap & Go and TNG Wallet) machine printed receipt with signed payment slip or related Stored Value Facilities interface are eligible for either promotion.
9. The receipts from the following or in the nature of the following shops or businesses are ineligible for bonus points registration and mall promotions: non-participating "Instant Point Earn" merchants (except merchants who have not installed the "Instant Point Earn" system); Apple Store; travel agencies and cross-border buses; property/real estate agencies; employment centers ; elderly homes; money exchange shops; services provided by any business nature (including but not limited to: services of fitness and beauty centers (except purchase of products and/or installed "Instant Point Earn" system); haircut/hair treatment (except purchase of hair treatment products and/or installed "Instant Point Earn" system); medical and dental clinic services (except purchase of products); carwash, car care or automotive and related services, banking services; insurance premiums; tuition / membership / any other monthly fees; the purchase or topping-up of Octopus cards; value-added or payment services);kiosks, exhibition venues and temporary exhibition booths / Pop Up Stores (this merchant list is subject to change from time to time without prior notice. For details, please contact SHKP Malls); mail, fax, email or phone orders; online shopping (except online purchase of movie tickets); telecommunication fees or purchase of calling cards; trade-in transactions or product redemptions, purchase of SHKP Malls Gift Card, purchase and use of cash coupons, gift cards, gift certificates, Point Dollar, e-coupons, gift cards, membership cards, bonus point cards, discount cards or value-added cards, shoe coupons, soup coupons, drink coupons, food coupons, cake cards, and wedding coupons (including but not limited to cake cards, Chinese bridal cake cards, wedding vouchers and wedding coupons); purchase of gold grains, bars or deposits for the gold saving club, payments settled by cash, payments with a handwritten receipts, reprinted or photocopied receipt and payment slip, cancelled or returned transactions; or other non-eligible transactions.
*The transaction to purchase Gift Card is not eligible for registering The Point's bonus points or joining other mall promotions. But eligible purchases made with the Gift Card (subject to The Point's terms and conditions) can earn The Points and/or can be used to participate in in-mall promotions.
10. Receipts of purchasing the following designated festive food coupons are eligible for bonus points: mooncake (including ice cream mooncake), Chinese New Year pudding, rice dumplings, and Chinese preserved sausage vouchers).
11. Separated payment receipts will not be accepted. Payment receipts from the same shop cannot be separated into numerous receipts or invoices for point or reward redemption. Each receipt of payment or transaction can only be used for promotion once and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions in the same mall.
12. The highest amounts stated on merchant's machine-printed receipts or corresponding electronic payment slips will be counted for redemption (while discounts, the use of cash coupons, promotion coupons or promotional codes deducted amounts will not be eligible for points registration).
13. If requested, customer must provide details of their electronic receipts for verification purpose. The Mall reserves the right of final decision.
14. If a member breaches any of these terms and conditions, including registering bonus points with receipts or the mobile phone of another person or in any dishonest way, or being shop staff and registering bonus points with transactions made by customers or on behalf of customers, or if SHKP Malls have reasonable grounds to believe that these terms and conditions have been so breached, SHKP Malls shall have the right to suspend or terminate that membership and lodge a claim for compensation of any losses suffered by SHKP Malls or participating merchants arising from this breach. SHKP Malls will not accept any suspended or terminated memberships' registered mobile numbers to register with The Point membership again.
15. The machine-printed receipts after 9:30pm is valid and customers are entitled to redeem the gift in the next day given quotas are still available.
16. All gifts cannot be redeemed for cash, or for other gift vouchers, products or service. They are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
17. Employees and their family members of Sun Hung Kai Properties, appointed advertising agency, The Mall staff and all tenants and their family members are not eligible for participation in any luckydraw program.
18. Employees of The Mall and all tenants are not eligible for participation in any redemption program.
19. Sun Hung Kai Properties and The Mall shall have no legal liability relating to any aspects of products or services including but not limited to its quality, supply, delivery and maintenance.
20. All fares, offers, contents, advertisements, photographs, etc. are provided by the vendors. Readers should contact the vendors directly for any questions.
21. Sun Hung Kai Properties and The Mall reserve the right of revision on all terms and conditions. Programs are subject to change without prior notice.
22. In case of any disputes, the decision of Sun Hung Kai Properties, The Mall, participated tenants and contractors shall be final and conclusive.
